Strategies for Bottom-Up Growth

Not all developer products are the same, and developers will experiment with them in different ways depending on the nature of the product. In this talk, I present a framework for identifying how—and why—developers are likely to experiment with your product, to help you better craft your marketing strategy. I also discuss when bottom-up growth strategies are likely to fail, and what other options you have for marketing.
